Commuter Meditation

All my best thinking happens during my forty minute commute to and from work. Those eighty minutes are when I ponder life, motherhood, process feelings, and remember all the things I need to get done.

Getting in my car and driving to my office allows me precious quiet time. I am forced to be a captive audience to my own thoughts. It gives me a chance to miss my kids, and reflect on recent events. My commute to work is my meditation.
