Healthy Eats
Lately, my coworkers and I have all been trying to eat better. I started packing a lunch for myself rather than my usual starve-then-binge-on-snacks routine.
I am currently obsessed with overnight oats. I mix oatmeal, chia seeds, almonds, blueberries, add vanilla almond milk and then refrigerate overnight. The result is an easy, healthy, lactose free, and delicious meal.
