Slipping Through My Fingers

Next week My Girl graduates from high school. My heart is full of emotions. I am so proud of the young woman she has become, excited for what the future will bring, yet so sad that my little girl is leaving home. 

I didn’t know what it meant to be a mom until she was born. Never knew the capacity I had to love someone so completely and selflessly. Becoming a mom made me realize the best version of myself. I am forever grateful for the privilege of being able to shape and influence the amazing people that both my kids have become.
